The first South By Southwest is underway for the Austin Travis County Sobering Center. Executive Director Dr. Rhonda Patrick says they’ve not seen that many out-of-towners in their first six months but she says they’re prepared with extra staff for EMS and Police to bring them their way.
Patrick says the majority of their 1000+ clients have been adults from within the county.
