The State of Texas is being sued over a new law banning government contractors from boycotting Israel. Attorney Carolyn Homer with the Council on American-Islamic Relations sees this as an open-and-shut free speech case.
She says the supreme court has long upheld boycotts as a form of free speech and peaceful political advocacy.
