The Texas Department of State Health Services is moving quickly following news that teens in other states have developed lung issues that may be connected to the use of e-cigarettes. Department spokesman Chris Van Deusen says there are a lot of unanswered questions.
He says they are asking doctors and nurses to begin gathering as much information as they can, including the types of vaping liquids that are being used.
