The alleged triggerman in a murder-for-hire plot back in March has been indicted. Johnny Leon is facing a capital murder charge in the death of Gallerie Jewelers owner Ted Shaughnessy.
His son, Nicolas Shaughnessy, is accused of setting up the plot to have both of his parents killed to receive a $2-million life insurance payout.
