Having to wait until noon on Sundays to buy beer and wine may change in Texas. State Representative Drew Springer rolled out legislation to allow the offsite sale of beer and wine to be moved from noon to 10 AM.
This isn’t the first time Springer has tried to change this law and is hopeful the bill will make it out of committee.
Springer Testified that 34 other states have already done this.
