University of Texas Police need help identifying a man they say punched another man in the face during a UT football game against USC September 15.
The man, caught on video surveillance walking away after the incident, is described as a white man about six feet tall and about 185 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes.
The victim suffered a broken eye socket and needed surgery.
