UT recieves $60 million grant for supercomputer

The University of Texas is getting sixty-million dollars from the National Science Foundation to buy a new super computer. Officials say the computer, named Frontera, is one of the world’s most powerful.  When UT boots it up next Summer, it will be dedicated to scientific and engineering research.

The University of Texas is getting sixty-million dollars from the National Science Foundation to buy a new super computer. Officials say the computer, named Frontera, will be one of the most powerful in the world and will be dedicated to scientific and engineering research.  They expect the computer will be booting up by next summer.
