A member of the University of Texas swim team pleads guilty to breaking into a house and terrorizing the people inside.
22-year-old Ryan Harty admitted he got high on LSD and terorized two Austin residents in 2017. One of them is Cory Session, who with his sister Karen Kennard, were standing in Kennard’s living room when Harty broke in. He says his sister though Harty was there to sexually assault her.
Sessions says Harty should be dismissed from the swim team. UT says it’s looking into the case. Harty was sentenced to court supervision and drug counseling.
