Austin Police and Austin Fire are investigating the discovery of a woman’s body inside a car at the Quinlan Park boat ramp this morning. The car was submerged at the boat ramp and the woman’s body was removed from the car by Lake Travis Fire Department divers around 8 this morning. Austin EMS pronounced her dead at the scene.
