Hour 2: We discussed a story out of the state of Washington where a woman stopped at an off-ramp due to a family of Ducks crossing the road, but because she stopped, she caused a chain reaction that ended up with two cars hitting her and each other, and the middle driver ended up not surviving the crash.  We took your calls on who you think was at fault and what you might have done different.
