Hour 1 of Mark and Melynda start with a story out of Buda, where a man was walking his dog early in the morning, allegedly a dog charged him and his dog and he took no time in shooting and killing the dog.  Now the neighborhood is at odds as to who is to blame for this.  They also talked about a man in San Antonio claims he is a hero after he stole a Shark out of the Aquarium.
