Previously we stated four more floodgates at Lake Travis could be opened by midday as the reservoir’s elevation at Mansfield Dam is expected to rise up to 710 feet above mean sea level

• Trump threatens to summon military to close U.S.-Mexico border, upend trade deal in response to migrant caravan from Honduras making its way toward the United States

• Twenty-five of the top US burger chains were graded on their antibiotic policies in a collaborative report with only two chains receiving As (Shake Shack and BurgerFi); the other 23 got a D minus or F.

• Houston Astro Jose Altuve hit what was a supposed homerun during game 4 of the ALCS but it was ruled an out as Boston Red Sox Outfielder Mookie Bets tried to catch the ball as it was flying over the fence when a fan interfered, closing Bett’s glove
