State Representative Jonathan Stickland kills his constitutional gun carry bill after a gun rights activist shows up at the Houston area home of House Speaker Dennis Bonnen.
Stickland called the action concerning, saying that people shouldn’t go to the homes of lawmakers when they know they are not there. The bill was stuck in a House committee.
