Two brothers arrested in connection to San Marcos murder

San Marcos Police arrest a pair of Round Rock brothers suspected in the first murder in that town this year. 27-year-old Jacob Portier and his 26-year-old brother Jason are in Hays County Jail booked on Capital Murder charges in the death of Matthew Rodriguez, Jr. on Tuesday.

Jason Portier was arrested one other time back in 2011.
