Austin based Torchy’s Tacos is looking to go public. This is according to a report in the Bloomberg which says the local eatery could be looking at a $1-billion valuation through an initial public offering later this year. If that happens, Torchy’s would join Chuy’s as the second Austin based Tex-Mex restaurant on Wall Street.
