The Bastrop City Council approves construction of a new film studio that will sit on 552 acres on Lovers Lane along the Colorado River. To ease some community concern, the council’s approval comes with an amendment that the developers submit an infrastructure plan that will mitigate noise, traffic, and excessive light.
