The Austin Police Department recovered more than 100 Apple iPhones that are suspected of being stolen in the downtown area over the Halloween weekend.
If your phone was stolen, APD is encouraging you to file an online report, and to make sure to include the IMEI and cell phone serial number. That information will be necessary to match recovered phones to their owners, and it can be obtained on the Apple box that the phone came in, or by contacting your cell phone carrier.
