Thanks to slow permitting at City Hall, 5-G the latest wireless technology is not making much of a home for itself in Austin just yet even though it’s already making big strides in other Texas cities. Scott Dunaway of the Texas 5-G Alliance explains Austin needs to get out of its own way. Dunaway says Houston and Dallas already have hundreds of 5G cells set up, San Antonio has about five dozen while Austin only has two.
