Members of Austin City Council called out the State and Federal government as the passed a pro-abortion resolution.
The Council voted to support the repeal of of both Private and public health insurance bans on abortion care. Councilmember Ora Houston disagrees with how the system is set up.
Recognizing, this is a just a show of support, Houston hopes it will convince more people to push for full health services for women.
