Austin’s City Council Members elected in November and December 2018 will take the Oath of Office during an Inauguration Ceremony tonight, Monday January 7, 2019 at 6 p.m., in City Council Chambers at Austin City Hall.
Following the swearing-in ceremony, the new City Council will convene its first official meeting to select a Mayor Pro Tem.
