The Texas Attorney General’s Office’s Paul Singer says, since the area flooding Governor Abbot declared Travis County to be in a disaster emergency. That means those businesses end up in deep water themselves. But you’ll need to report it.
Singer said, if found guilty those businesses could see 20-thousand dollar fines per incident.
