Within an hour of Austin’s Boil Water Notice press conference, there was a run on groceries stores and gas stations for bottled water. This Austin mother says she has three kids and was walking away with what she hopes is a weeks worth of water.
Some stores sold out of water this morning and are awaiting resupply from distribution centers or were limited to high dollar water bottles.
