Texas Senator John Cornyn has put forward a bill that would see canines in courtrooms. He calls it the D.A.W.G Act.
Cornyn says these would be specially trained dogs that would comfort witnesses, specifically child victims who have a hard time testifying in front of their assailant. While the solution may sound soft he says its a real answer to a real problem.
