The Austin City Council holds the final CodeNext hearing before it starts debating the plan on Thursday. Some worry the plan will make Austin even less affordable.
Most of the public testimony was against the current plan as written. Many folks testifying urged the council to simply throw the plan out and either abandon the idea or start over.
