Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties are under a flash flood watch from 7 Wednesday morning to midnight Thursday. The National Weather service expects 1-3 inches of rain Wednesday. Along with that meteorologists predict the Austin area could also see strong thunderstorms, hail, damaging winds and even the chance of a tornado.
