Gas prices across the state and here in Austin didn’t change much in the past week. Daniel Armbruster with AAA-Texas says the Austin average of 2.60 per gallon is quite a bit higher than this time last year when the average was 2.11 per gallon. The most expensive gas is in Midland, while the cheapest is in the Amarillo and Wichita Falls.
