Following a formal hearing this morning, Greg Kelley’s child sexual assault conviction has officially been overturned. This month, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals ruled in favor of the exoneration. Kelley is now fully cleared and eligible for the the State of Texas to give him a payout of $240,000, or $80,000 for each of the three years he spent in prison.
