Housing costs in Pflugerville, Georgetown and Cedar Park continue to rise.
The Austin Board of Realtors’ Romeo Manzanilla says Georgetown is the most affordable with a Median home price around 271-thousand dollars, that cost grew by more than 4{15c2ce8669a1ed2f74ebf6ef168f05679f17d95790f1cbb6a225857870a08390} in October and demand is on the rise as the number of units sold grew by 21 percent.
In Pflugerville, the median home price grew by about 2 percent, holding at 275-thousand dollars.
