An East Austin woman is found dead outside her apartment early this morning. APD reports 58-year-old Karen Sue Henson was found by first responders at the Delwood Apartments off 51st street, with severe trauma to her body. Neighbors tell investigators, she may have heard something outside her home last night and tried checking it out. Henson was known to help homeless people in need as she was once homeless herself.
