A new analysis by Economist Ray Perryman shows the State of Texas could benefit greatly by fully implementing the Affordable Care Act. That includes the benefit of getting more people insured.
Perryman says Texas is only one of 14 states who didn’t fully implement Obamacare which he says is causing rural hospitals of close and a shortage of funding for things like fighting the opioid crisis.
