A new report by the United Way says Texans are having a difficult time making ends meet. United Way’s Adriana Cuellar Rojas says 42-percent of households across the state don’t earn enough money to cover basic needs, like housing, childcare, food, and transportation.
27-percent of people in Williamson County are struggling from month-to-month, and 5-percent are living under the poverty line.
