Standing against the audit, former city council staffer and current candidate for the city’s district 8 seat, Bobby Levinski questioned whether the petition that put the audit on the ballot is legal, and how the state could interfere.
Levinski argues its unnecessary as the city is transparent and people can ask questions and even suggest auditors look into certain departments.
