President Donald trump has made an executive order keeping immigrant families attempting to cross the US/Mexico Border together. But Austin City Councilmember and activist Greg Casar still has a problem with the administration. Casar said that President Trump is trying to punish families who are just trying to protect themselves, by putting them in these detention centers.
Casar is joining other Austin councilmembers at the tent city in West Texas along with members of the US Conference of Mayors seeking entrance into the site where immigrant kids separated from their families are held.
