Local and state officials will join the Texas Department of Transportation for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of the Loop 82 overpass project on Monday, August 20
The project included construction of a bridge on Loop 82 (Aquarena Springs) over the Union Pacific rail line, as well as construction of new frontage roads, U-turn lanes and six-foot sidewalks within the project limits.
