Worsening drought conditions force Austin Water Utility to enact Stage One watering restrictions. The Utility’s Daryl Slusher says watering with hose-end sprinklers even addresses can water on Thursday and Sunday, odd addresses Wednesday and Saturday. Those with sprinkler systems can water once a week, odd numbers on Wednesday and even numbers on Thursday.
