The Corona Virus pandemic is expected to get worse according to University of Texas researchers. They said there will be a swift increase in the number of covid related deaths statewide, with the total predicted to hit on average 23,460 by the end of the month, or a maximum of 26,726 and at minimum 20,655. As of this morning the Texas death toll holds at 8,459.
Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced investigations into three more Texas school districts, including one in the Austin area.
