Some Austin city leaders are raising concerns about funding the next phase of the proposed I-35 cap and stitch project, Zoox has announced its self-driving taxes will begin service in Austin this week and the Texas Commission on Licensing and Regulation has approved a new rule that will require people to prove that they are in the country legally in order to operate certain businesses.
