Multiple school districts in Texas are pushing back against the state after the Texas Education Agency released performance ratings for school districts, the Austin Police Oversight Committee has released a report saying complaints against police are on the rise and an appeals court has ruled in favor of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and his lawsuit against cities that have approved marijuana decriminalization ordinances.
