Dez Bryant Sounds Off on Twitter After Testing Positive for Covid
(WARNING: FOUL LANGUAGE BELOW)
For those who do not indulge in the bottomless pit that is social media, you missed quite the doozy last night after Dez Bryant tweets out he tested positive for Covid-19 just before kickoff.
Tell me why they pull me from warming up so I can go get tested… my shit come back positive… I tested positive for Covid WTF

Dr. Allen Sills, NFL’s Chief Medical Officer, said “We took all of the data that we had in hand and made the safest possible decision”.
After it was brought up that Bryant came in close contact with a slew of Cowboys players pregame, Sills said that not all interactions are created equal, and there are multiple variables to be considered before you can determine others were at risk of exposure.
After the dust settled and Dez was taken out of the game, he got a little emotional on Twitter and definitely used his platform to “tweet through it”, as they say, to help cope with the fact he was mere minutes from playing against his former team, before it was snatched away by the cruelty that is the year 2020.

Once he powered through his emotional state (threatened to quit a few times), he eventually settled into the game, and some wine apparently. At one point asking his followers to tweet pictures of themselves drinking wine as well.
