Kyle police say they’ve caught the man they were looking for who was behind the wheel of a car that hit and killed a bicyclist, then sped away. Gilbert Villegas is now charged with causing an accident involving the death of John Lyon near I-35 and Yarrington, however his car has still not been found.
That has led police to believe family or friends have helped him cover up the hit-and-run.
