The City of Leander has imposed Stage 3 watering restrictions. The city says that restriction is in place until further notice due to problems in getting enough water flowing from the Sandy Creek Treatment Plant. Less than two weeks ago, 20-thousand people were under a boil water notice because of water plant malfunction. The city council will discuss solutions this week.
