Details of the city’s terms for a soccer stadium and development at the McKalla Place property have been released. According to the Austin American-Statesman, the plan would have Precourt Sports Ventures pay rent on the property totaling 8.25 million dollars over the 20 year lease period. It also would require 130 affordable housing units. The Austin City Council will debate the deal in a special meeting on Wednesday.
