• A federal age discrimination complaint brought against IBM Corp. on Monday alleges the company systematically fired tens of thousands of older workers in recent years as part of an effort to recruit more millennials and “make the face of IBM younger.”

•The 70th Annual Emmys were held last night where HBO and Netflix tied for most awards at 23 each

• China says they will implement $60 billion in tariffs on goods from the United States starting September 24th

• An Austin woman is accused of pointing a gun at her neighbors and threatening to shoot them after one of them urinated on the side of her apartment complex
