An Austin attorney says the Travis County Appraisal District behaved unethically buying data MLS data out from under the Austin Board of Realtors. Bill Aleshire says that was ABOR’s confidential data and what TCAD got was more than just pricing information.
Aleshire says CoreLogix, the company managing that database for ABOR was not supposed to sell that information to the Appraisal District.
